  • Standard service door models ESD10 and ESD10W are built for openings up to 30’ wide by 30’ high in standard construction
  • Standard curtains use galvanized steel slats, with stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, aluminum, GalvaNex Ultra, SpectraShield, and SpectraShield Ultra finish options available
  • Motor, hand-chain, hand-crank, and push-up operation are available; Cookson lists MG operators for doors cycling no more than 20 times per day and SG operators for larger or more frequently cycled doors
  • Doors can be configured for wind-load requirements including Miami-Dade, Texas Department of Insurance, ANSI/DASMA-108, and operational wind load up to 20 PSF
  • Options include ScreenGard perforated slats, vision windows, WeatherGard seals, heavy duty bottom bar, RapidResponse repair configuration, sensing edge, SafetyGard UL 325 light curtain, hood/operator covers, trim package, and powder-coat color choices

High-cycle and performance models

  • Extreme 300 Series High Performance Rolling Doors: EPD 300 service-curtain doors and EPI 300 insulated-curtain doors rated for 300,000 cycles, with a 500,000-cycle upgrade available
  • Extreme 1024 High Performance Doors: EPD1024 and EPI1024 insulated models for openings that need more than 1,000,000 cycles and up to 24 inches-per-second opening speed
  • Thermiser and Thermiser Max insulated doors for energy efficiency and ASHRAE/IECC compliance
